Mothers Kiss & Fathers Lash

Mothers Kiss and Fathers Lash are two small flowering plants found on Ordo Mountains and Chao Mountains respectively.both these flowering plants are unique not only because they will pnly grow on their respective mountains but also because they thrive regardless of the climate that this mountain is found in. Mothers Kiss and Fathers Lash has been found both in the Great Southern Deserts and on Snow covered mountains in the North and again these plants thrive.
while visually the plants have some differences their effects are identical and their peculiar growing habits lead me to believe these plants share a common ancestor plant that has subsequently become extinct therefore i believe it would be amiss to separate them in two different scrolls.
Mothers Kiss properly known as "Magnoliophyta Ordinatio" is a small flowering plant with a pitch black center and three white petals with a thin grey stem and no leaves.
Mothers Kiss is found exclusively on Ordo Mountains and is the only definitive method to identify these mountains and gets its name from the feeling of peace experienced when smelling the flower.
Fathers Lash or properly known "Magnoliophyta Chaus" while also being a small flowering plant with three petals, a grey stem and no leaves that is where the similarities end. Fathers Lash has a longer, more slender stem with viscous thorns that somehow seem to pierce even the thickest gloves making it impossible to harvest these flowers by hand. the flower of Fathers Lash is also different from Mothers Kiss in that the center is white while the petals appear black at first glance but when held to the light each petal is iridescent and can be any color.
Fathers Lash is found exclusively on a Chao Mountain
the name Fathers Lash comes from the stems unexplained whip-like flick when the stem is cut often leaving a bloody welt mark on whoever cut the stem. while the flower of Fathers Lash also gives a feeling of peace when sniffed the difficulty in harvesting a flower gave the plant the unfavorable name

the flowers of Mothers Kiss and Fathers Lash are the only known cure for the mental disease known broadly as Soul Sickness.
the flowers are dried and ground down into a fine powder.
to use the powder one must boil a small pinch of the powder into a kettle set aside for the purpose as drinking the powder in its concentrated form results in madness and an unpredictable but unpleasant death.
once boiled the water is added to ones bath and one only needs to lie in the bath for a few moments before one finds oneself cured.
many of the larger trade cities the rulers pay for large bath houses to be built and pay for the owners to add the powder to their baths to prevent their populace from experiencing the disease
