Deep Space Rosetta Tables

Its emanating pulses of graviton radiation and a known source for a long time. Located on the outer most planet of our solar system. When the Oriolis was send out by United Empire of Earth they knew it would take them more then fourteen years to get to the outer edge and operational to investigate. The crew was brought into cryostasis to survive the long journey. They arrived, made contact and just as sudden as they started they went silent. Without any means of getting there any time soon the UEE called it a tragedy and after a year of silence they just gave up.

The Graviton Pulser -as it is not yet know to humanity- was still undiscovered at that moment.
when it will be discovered it will be a large slab of stone-like material with symbols and graphics. it is clear that it has some map elements but the language is unknown. It resembles a written languiage with pictures. and it is impossible to drill a hole, break or alter the 'stone' slab. The language is similar to the writings inside voynich manuscript a old earth book that isn't deciphered..

deciphering the deep space rosetta tables will be possible when an A.I. can touch the stone. the stone will then learn the A.I. if the A.I. is capable enough to handle the amount of energy, information and volume of data. currently the only organisation capable of holding the data is Solam the language on the 'stone' slab is Khalaban an ancient language not from Earth. It is named that way after the A.I. entity that connects to the stone, gets zapped and in turn learns to decipher the basics of the language.
