New Pandemonium

The Capital and governing city of Congeria continent. This is the largest city in the world and at the same time the only city with a large enough population in Congeria.  All other settlements are basically small villages and almost all of them report to New Pandemonium with a handful of exceptions.
When somebody asks why it is called "New" Pandemonium and what happened to Old Pandemonium people tend to avoid answering the question or outright say that they do not know.
