Okegith is the land where the Arcana and the other gods reside. It is theorized to exist in a plane above Novanati, a plane which no normal mortal will ever be able to see or access. However, from time to time, the gods will show signs that they are indeed there, usually in the form of natural phenomena such as rainbows or lightning storms.
