Eottovar

Eottovar is a world consisting of many continents and oceans similar to our own. With wildly varying environments across the lands and seas, the greatest threat to beset Eottovar of late are the Wild Magic bursts that seem to rock the land from it's very core. While technology is still rudimentary and communication and travel are in their most basic forms, those that inhabit Eottovar are left to wonder what their fate may be as the world changes rapidly around them.   With the shaking earth beneath their feet, come fountains of deadly, metallic-tasting wild magic. When it pours into the land the leaves and ground distort unpredictably, crops shrivel and die or pull up their roots and eat the nearby herds.   Entire villages have been consumed. Exotic forests now stand where deserts once were, and in some more distant locales, trees have begun to float. Great rifts have formed - and even the most powerful mages in the land have failed to find out why.   In isolated isles, tribes wonder if they are alone in finding strange flying fishes. Elsewhere, high in the northern peaks - a young girl finds a flower growing out of stone, smelling of iron and blood. Are they alone? Could they possibly be? What has happened to cause this?   Countless evils have taken advantage of the chaos across the lands to strengthen their own power. Some strive to wield the wild magic.
