Ladimir Tortinov is a tall Middle aged Ashe like Tiefling. He always carried around a dark staff that seemed skeletal in nature. The top of the staff resembled a human skull as well as a spine that reaches down to the ground. It was always carried around even in the later years of ylda's time there. She along with others were used to gather people for his horrible experiments and were kept in decrepit caves in which there seemed to be a labyrinth within. When ylda awoke she save several others like her, frozen in time, in a position of rest, though only she left. It seemed as though they had not moved in ages, spiders coating her armor in webs and dust settling on everything.
