Silverypeak Town

Silverypeak Town, home of the Softfoots. This is a calm, peaceful town of short roofs, fishing, and games. There is no official leader of the town, but most of the other Softfoots look towards Gereon Finnagund for guidance. Most of the Softfoots leave Silverpeak for other cities, towns, and locales as they specialize in trade and craft.   Here you can also find the Silverypeak Adventurer's League, the training location for few Softfoot adventurers and mages. The Adventurers League is considered the Softfoot's first line of defense, although the rarely need it. They do participate in hunts and patrols around the town to make sure no threats come of the town. Turpin Goodwort is the head of the League.   Once a year, Softfoots from all over Val Kahara return to Silverypeak for Chronohidaasta and the town becomes a major celebration of time and an opportunity to ask Chronos for more of it to enjoy the finer things in life.

Demographics

This town is almost exclusively Halflings, with only a single tavern and single inn for visitors of the taller variety to stay at during a short visit to Silverypeak.

Defences

In the case of a major threat, there are protected locations in the town for the people to hide underground, hidden by magic.

Industry & Trade

Silverypeak Savings HQ, the most secure bank in the world. Using the hidden underground network of the Halflings, they have devised a way to manage and secure the largest banking network in the world, with branches all across Eostria. Mainly designed as a way for Halflings to save their funds and remit funds back home.

Guilds and Factions

Architecture

The architecture here is close to the what you would imagine as the Shire. Houses and buildings are almost entirely made of natural sources such as mud, clay, and wood. Most buildings only stand about 6 feet tall. Doors are considered oddly wide compared to most of the rest of the world, since Halflings have a tendency to walk through doors together, at the same time as they cannot be disturbed from their conversation.

Natural Resources

Wood from the forests and a high amount of fish from Lake Baydes on the west edge of town.
