Eos

The world of Eos is set in a fantasy world, where magic, dungeons, and dragons exist. It has many races inhabiting it including, but not limited to, Elves, Dwarves, Humans, Demons, Beastkin.   The world is one of three moons orbiting a larger planet the size of, maybe Utanus. Its orbit is a stable disc, almost perpendicular to the sun at all times but tilted slightly at 17 degrees about the equator of the larger planet, and is in an orbit with another similar sized moon. The last moon is bigger than the other two, on another orbit and is visible once a year, every consecutive season.   The world the characters inhabit is called, in their language, Eos which means paradise in the ancients tongue. The moon which orbits together with Eos is called Raev, which means Red One which references the colour of the moon viewed from Eos. The last moon is called Calwe, which means visitor. The planet which they orbit around, is called Mirvea, which is the name of the goddess of creation.   Eos is similarly sized to earth, if not slightly larger. Like earth, it has continents and plants and oceans. It even has four seasons and a day is about 34 hours earth time. A year is defined as one orbit around Mirvea, which is about 432 Eos days. It orbits it's plane at about   Raev is a moon similarly sized to Eos and orbits in the same plane as Eos. Its distinctive feature is that it is red. Eos and Raev orbit around one another with a frequency of about one Eos month. As a planet sized moon, it may very well be that there is life…   Calwe is a bigger moon, and has a larger orbit compared to the other two. It can be seen once every year, and every consecutive season, due to its orbit being about four times slower than the other two. As such, it is viewed as an object which appears from behind Mirvea and grows larger before it then shrinks, returning back to Mirvea. Due to that, it is named Calwe which means visitor.   Mirvea is a gas planet the size of approximately Uranus. Like Jupiter it is a brilliant shade of ice blue rather than red. Die to the tilted axis of the plane of orbit of Eos and Raev, Mirvea is observed as a sphere in the sky with a dark shadow that looks like an eyelid opening and closing as the year goes by. As such it is also called the eye of Mirvea, the creator goddess of the world.   The main story is set in what the elves call the seventh age. Very much like a fantasy world set in the medieval period. Due to the unique orbit of Eos, sections close to the polar regions of the world are either completely nighttime, or completely daytime, thus resulting in the races that inhabit them referred to as Duskwalker, or Everbrights respectively.
