Dragonborn

The dragonborn stand as a clear representation of how the world has changed since the Nightfall. This race was not born but created, produced by a rogue mage in the Burning Sea through the magical mutation of dragon young while still in their eggs. Once they broke free of their captivity, the dragonborn found themselves newcomers into a world in turmoil and one where they would have to make their own place. Cursed with bodies that age quickly and short lifespans, the magic that created them eventually failing, many of the dragonborn strive to make their mark on the world. Many seek to increase the power and standing of their people, some fight as soldiers and mercenaries in the wars of others, and still others find themselves adrift with no clear calling in life.
