The Goliath City of Do'Toh

Do'Toh is a mostly, Goliath based city located within the Pearl Frost mountain range in the Cumberguay Tundra. The city is a cave based settlement startin nearly at the peak of Sunnola, the tallest summit in the mountain range, sprawling down deep within the mountain. The city remains well below 0 degrees year round but warms as you make your way deeper into the city. The town is known for its heavy drinking and goliath fighting guild, BloodedJaw pit fight, lasting nearly 2 centuries years now. The Champion of the Titans Playground is an title only a handful of warriors in its history have claimed. Travelers have been known to join for a fight but only twice since the inception has a goliath not stood as champion of the guild. The food is often very bland with very few places to eat a fully prepared meal. Goliath live minimalistic lives and almost exclusivly play games that display physical prowess. Hunters travel far and wide to bring food and materials to the settlement. Hunters also use a small passage into the underdark near the city as means of food and mineral gathering. It is by far the largest conglomerate of goliath in the continent but remain independent in political endeavors. There is trade between Do'Toh and other cities but they are few, and typically not very profitable. The jouney to the top of the moutain range is dangerous and is nearly a day after your reach Sunnola, a few days travel on foot, into the range itself.

The city is home to the largest prison in Cruyan a maximum security prison, home to life sentenced murderers, psychopaths, and exiled denizens of the Capitol. The cells delve hundreds of feet deep within the mountain holding anywhere from 600 to 1000 inmates. The halls are a maze of spiral stair cases and twisting hallways half built into cave walls or using the natural space. There are very few imprisoned Goliath within the city, typically used per agreement with the Capitol to expel evil doers from within the settlements. To be sent to this city in chain, is in inofitself a death sentence. People do return from the city but most are sent to permanently rest within the cells. Most inmates die from hypothermia or from dangerous creatures burrowing their way into cells and eating them alive. The deepest holds of the prison are much more under protection from breakouts and magical means. There are two floors of cells enchanted by denizen of the arcane within the city, to protect any magical alterations of the space, and any use of magic at all for the most dangerous wizards and magic users.
