Nameless Day

Nameless Day is the day between the last day of Moonpeak and the first day of Icebreak of the following year. It is time taken from the standard calendar, reserved for worshiping the Faoilist Gods in methods appropriate to each.

History

Nameless Day originally came about when Juril and the Faoilist Gods defeated Balaneus, freeing mortals and the flow of time from the tyrant's grasp. The newly freed peoples then celebrated their newfound independence, spending the night drinking and feasting on Balaneus' reserves while making sure to leave plenty for their heroes.

Execution

Though many wait for Nameless Day in preparation for the great feasting, the key element is the acts dedicated to the Faoilist Gods. This typically comes in the form of actions fitting each one's domain, such as creating a work of art for Fueriga, or hosting a dinner party in the name of Domur.

Observance

Nameless Day marks a barrier between years, starting after midnight on the 28th of Moonpeak and lasting until 1 minute after midnight of the 1st of Icebreak of the following year.
