White Night Corps

The White Night Corps is a non-government paramilitary organisation that attempts to prevent disasters of an international scale, referred to as Global Apocalypse Drivers by the organisation.
Is funded through investments in local businesses in affected regions via shadow organisations and offers intelligence packages on global affairs, which are either sold to media or other private companies (never governments).
They also provide prevention standards in the form of, among other documents, the Blacktech List which, if not followed, can result in drastic intervention.

Structure

Although presumed to be a hierarchical organisation, serfs carry no apparent rank and no leader is known.
This is likely intentional, as exposing leaders to government organisations would likely lead to assassination attempts.

Public Agenda

The primary mission of the Corps is the prevention or destruction of Global Apocalypse Drivers through any means necessary.
This may include the destruction of property and natural landscapes, the creation of less severe political or financial crises and loss of human life.
Governments around the world publicly acknowledge the organisation only as an activist or terrorist group, but the Corps is idolised by much of the general public.

Assets

The Corps employs the SENTRY Control System, developed in collaboration with OASIS Security, to maintain astrospace superiority.
This system is capable of destroying any artificial satellites and adjusting the trajectory of most SSSBs that may pose a threat.

History

The organisation was founded in response to the growing likelihood of a climate apocalypse by unknown entities.
