Vaticinium is the name given to the fragments of magic in physical form that can be found scattered throughout the chaos ridden wastes.
These bits can be strongly aligned to either Order or Chaos. Clever vaticnar can combine disparate bits of vaticinium to create a myriad of creative effects.
