Gods and the Knights of Gothrik

The Archon Believed to Have been the first man to awaken and the first to open the Well of Essence and awaken the Age of Man. He is believed to have been the one to have created the Sun and its many stars and freed the land fro the tyranny of dragons that ruled before. Dressing the landscape in earth and stone. He is also the father and creator of the Seated dwellers. And is often depicted as a strong standing, and bearded crowned king who is adorned by a tall crown shaped of fiery red gold.

Beowin, the Father: The Master of the First Vault holds sway over cities, the law, merchants, and wealth. The peddler seeks to bring civilization to the wild places of the world, encourages adherence to law, and promotes commerce and trade within civilization. Detlas, The Stranger Detlas is a Strange dweller, Often believed to be among the few dwellers that does not entirely restrict himself to the halls of Alesium and roam to the mortal realm however unseen. Myrneriac, The Scribe Myrneriac, often depicted as an wise old man in travel wear garments and an immense number of tomes and scrolls all held up bu his cane. Algris, The Ranger cunning, wise, and above all else Insightful is the hunter. The hunter represents over family, farming, hunting and trade. a much different variation of the old variation of himself who was rumored to be a horned dweller of tempest. Nydd, The Evergreen A dweller of old and representative of the very elements of the world. Artorias, The Steward Believed to be among the most honorable of the Dwellers and exemplifying the many qualities of knighthood is the Dweller Artorias. Often depicted as a great blue cloth garbed knight with a beaked helm and a shield and longsword and often accompanied by his great Wolf Companion. Balur, The Platinum Dragon The oldest of the dwellers, who has long since practiced and honed his mind and body to perfection and is a deity of body and will. And is believed to be the only dweller embraced rather than created by the Archon. Auriel, The Promised Since she struck brought death upon her sister she had taken on the aspect and control of death and life. Eldria, The Mother The Mother, is the kindest of dwellers understanding and loving to all she is among the few who can likely discover the redeeming good in anyone. Her presence largely material within her sacred dwellings in Brittania. Flora, The Muse The muse, a dweller of Art, love, and beauty her followers are minstrels and artists. Zorn, The Smith The dwarven deity called the Father of Creation is god of the forge, protection, and strategy. Múne, The Storm
Múne often depicted as a conflux of storm clouds his eyes glowing with the brilliant bolts that storm within. Múne holds domain over the sea and its storms and is often a popular deity among sea farers and warriors for calm seas and strength in battle.

The 13 Knights of Gothrik

When the barrier waned and forced threatening to rush the breach the Emporer Took up charge and summoned the 12 greatest warriors of the Empire as the Gods could lend no aid. These where the fabled knights who willing went beyond the barrier to restore its strength. Yet their return though heroic was bitter as many of these heroes gave their lives in the duty. Yet those that were returned were summoned to the great city of Alesium.
  The Arison Knights They were the four knights that returned after the deed was done their triumph return heralding the dwellers to grace many of them into the halls of Alesium as exalted mortals.   Ashan, The Time Knight

The 8 Heroes These knights were all those that perished in battle beyond the barrier and gave their lives in service and honor to the Realms of Gothrik securing its saftey and are among the most honored among the Gothrik Knights besides the Arison.

  The Traitor Knight Ill be the knight that fell to the tempations of darkness, He who plunged his blade into his fellow knights in madness. Thankfully put down by the Arison Knights, his name is one spoken of disgust and hate for his selfish and evil actions.

Dakama, The Traitor Knight   Educated Requirement: Expert in Society or Religion, Or trained in "Gothrik Knight Lore"
Akama, The Twilight Knight : Akama was known for his brilliant star cape that was said to dazzle like twilight, He wore plate that shone a dull blue tint and was well known as being extremely well versed with a long-sword. He was murdered by the Traitor knight

Shaia,The Dusk Knight Known for here subtle talents and leather fitting armaments that allowed her to move with the grace and speed as a shadow as she fought with her twin daggers Solemn and Lament. There are little to no records of who she was or from where she came so its often speculated she came from a lower family or never cared to share her history. She was murdered by the Traitor Knight

Tylmaar, The Stag Knight Known for being a large and barrel built man who wore green and gold plate with a pair of stag horns that rose from his helm. He was spoken to be a strong and fiery hearted man and for his massive warhammer which was rumored to be impossible to pick up to all those but Sir Tylmaar and the Giant Knight. He was believed to have lost his life in a fall after Goring a Greater Demon into a ravine with his helm and strength.

Auros, The Knight of Dawn Knight of the Dawn rumoured to be the greatest swordsman to have ever lived and a paragon of what it meant to be a knight, He the Capitals master swordsman at the time called the order of Gothrik Knights together. And it was with his lead they marched beyond the barrier. Yet non would have suspected such an honorable and faithful servent of the realm world would lose his life the way he did murdered at the hands of his own apprentice. Yet even so the Realms of Gothrik will never forget their sacrifice Emperor Ashan honoring the master swordsman sacrifice as a statue within the capital. The position of Capital swordsman has remained vacant as well since his loss.

Malendii, The Bleeding Knight Malendii, a Cleric of the Bleeding Martyres who was well known for her crimson Red armor. She was among the only Gothrik Knights who had no weapon beyon a shield an was said to heal the wounds of the injured as well as mitigate the injuries her fellows took. The Bleeding Knight Lost her life in sacrificing her own life with Sir. Golmath.

Arkath, The Frozen Knight Sir. Arkath was a powerful mage who lended their talents to the Gothrik Knights and earned their nickname from summoning ice crafted weaponry as well as a frigid array of attacks. However tragically the mage perished quete early beyond the barrier sadly as Aether is not abundant beyond the Barrier.

Tiral, The Magus Knight Sir Tiral, was among the only knights who fully utilized spell-casting with his martial skills. Most well known for his dark red robe he wore over his half plate and his duel-sided glaive he would enhance with spells. Its understood Sir.Tiral was a mage from Ellesmere and judging from his red garb assumed he belonged to the candlekeep college. The Magus knight was believed to have died reinforcing the sigils of the barrier.

Ashan, The Time Knight Ashan von Camden, Easily the most well known knight of the Gothrik knights. The only known Elf to join the Gothrik Knights as well as the possessor of the Aetheirn Bloodline, which granted him temporary time manipulation the extent of his ability is unkown but is what earned him his title. However upon his return from the Barrier after its many trials and presented offer to join the other knights in Alesium he denied it. Deciding instead to remain spent his long life in service of humanity and now rules as the current Emperor of Gothrik.

Golmath, The Fortress Knight Little is known of the Fortress knight beyond he was sent from Ebonguard, as he was never seen outside his black steel plate armor that covered his body from head to toe as well as without his signature twin town shields. He was known for being a man of unnatural strength and fortitude and tragically gave his life in service of the realms beside the bleeding knight holding a narrow pass from the corruptive beasts for the other Knights.

Dorn, The Lion Knight Clad in brilliant gold armor mounted by his namesake Lion helm Sir. Dorn was a knight Kythra and heir to house Falkreth yet even so the knight offered his Spear to the Knights. Its said that beyond the barrier Sir. Dorn in a rush so fast it was said the other heard the crack of thunder destroyed a massive chaos beast. But the action exsaughsted the wounded knight and he was carried out by Sir. Ashan and survived to join Alesium.

Adelin, The Thorn Knight The thorn knight was the most prestigious knight from the Rose knights and was best known for his spike armor and brackish green that he used to its fullest potential. Sir. Adelin was among the knights who escaped and was arisen to the halls of Allesium.

Goro, The Giant Knight Often rumored to be the largest man ever concieved is the mountain on legs known as Sir Goro. The Giant knight though held a reputation for violence was integral to the Knights of Gothrik as his mighty helped cleave through the creatures of darkness as well put down the Traitor Knight. His Efforts rewarded by the Dwellers who arose him to a knight of their realm above.

Dakama, The Traitor Knight It was never expected that such a promised and blessed disciple would turn to the side of darkness but Dakama was one such example. The prodigy apprentice of Sir. Auros the Knight of the Dawn who achieved a place among the Knights of Gothrik by the mere age of 16 and was the youngest among them and expected to inherit his masters position. Yet the young swordsmen was swayed to the tides of evil and murdered Sir. Shaia, Sir. Akama, and non-other than his own master in an attempt to take glory of the Gothrik for himself as the sole survivor. However he was thwarted by the Righteous Sir. Goro, Sir. Adelin, and Sir. Ashan
