One of seven Swanmays kidnapped from the feywild. Cora is the most peaceful of her sisters, seeking a life of serenity and contemplation but, as any lover of swans will tell you, when pushed she can be no less dangerous than the fiercest of her nestmates. Her truest talent is in the imbuement of magic into items through the use of her own power. While this is a feat native to her species, Cora has mastered the art, allowing her to transform even commonplace objects into artifacts of magical power with nothing but her tears. Just imagine what could be accomplished with a lock of her hair, let alone the spark of her life... Rescued from captivity by a team of adventurers from the Retinue of Princess Mhigo Ala, Cora has taken up residence among the Retinue's Fresh Company where she seems to have settled in nicely. Her gifts for healing have been put to good use among the wounded who return from their adventures and she has begun opening up considerably to the rest of her camp mates but the majority of her time is spent alternately consoling her distraught, wingless sister Vivienne and searching for a way to make her whole again.
