Potter's Pots

The local pottery house. Clay is one of the few resources which isn't in short supply in the Islands, so it does a brisk business. If you need jugs, dishes, and urn, a gazunder, or any other pottery good it's probably here. The owner of the business, Augustus Jughead, is an elf in his later years. He has been a potter since he was a boy, and still knows his way around a lump of clay, but he is getting on in years and some worry that he is starting to show signs of dementia. The store has a definite ramshackle feel to it, the windows are dusty, the floors haven't been swept or washed in recent memory, and the clayworks are being painted some rather odd color combinations these days. One prominent vase is an acid green with purple splotches marching around the base and some lurid pink squiggles going up. You can see that these are the works of a talented set of hands, but you wonder about the state of the books as well.
