Takakura (Taka-kerr-ah)

Overview

Takakura is the Dragonborn leader of the city of Shiwei, within the Sheng Brotherhood. He is not only a powerful sorcerer, but a vampire. This is well known however, and he claims not to sate his hunger with sentient blood. Whether or not that is true, it is the appearance he has cutlivated for himself. He has enchanted a parasol of shadow for himself, so he may walk outside in the day. 

Description

As a Green Dragonborn, Takakura sports a small fin that runs from the base of his skull down to the small of his spine. His scales are a bright green, however the skin beneath is a pale pastel green. His eyes are a deep shade of orange, and among his sharp teeth that overhang his jaw are two long fangs.
