Conciliate Sylran Springcrest (Sil-renn)

Overview

Sylran is the leader of Ens-Lhelrenore, and quite young by Elven Standards. He is a duly elected High Elf, as is the tradition, and the third to inhabit the role of ruler of the city. His predecessor was one of the "Three Companions" who formed the loose Confederacy of Elven power.
