Travellers of the Sixth

Whilst most Eltari worship one of the five primary Gods who maintain the planet, the Travellers of the Sixth revere another. Where the five generals of the Eltari uprising settled to make a planet of their own, the sixth general chose a different path. Unsatisfied with taking a static form and ruling a portion of land, they instead opted to strike out on their own, travelling the stars for their own personal satisfaction.   The travellers of the Sixth revere this tale and follow in the nameless sixth's footsteps, dedicating their lives to a nomadic lifestyle full of ever-changing experiences. Because of this, their temples whilst many are small and unattended, their locations signified only by the sigil of the Sixth, often with systems in place to prevent someone accidentally entering without intent. Rather than any traditional implements of worship, the temples are filled with various supplies, tools and maps which followers are encouraged to take as they need, and in return leave notes on their own travels and journeys as well as any supplies they're less likely to need on the next trek of their journey.    Because of this setup, nobody knows how many followers of the Sixth there are, nor whether they share dedications with other gods, most new converts joining through word of mouth. Whilst some of the gods have concerns with the unknown nature of this following, but otherwise tolerate its existence as they've shown no intention of upsetting the power structures in place by more established pantheons. Some even argue that they're not a religious order at all as they lack proper organisation or a particular focus on belief. However there are rumours of messages that appear for individuals within these temples, both individual and as a whole for the entire order, providing guidance and instruction. Whilst it's commonly believed these are messages from the Sixth themselves, one can't say with certainty if it's truly a divine figure or the machinations of another group, orchestrating the loose teachings of the faith into a far more malevolent tapestry.
