Lunderhaul
A large beast of burden domesticated and used for heavy lifting and goods transportation in Stalvenrakh. These beasts are roughly twice the size of an elephant with six semi-plantigrade legs, a long giraffe-like neck protruding from their armadillo-esque shell covering their backs and leading to their head which looks like a cross between a deer without antlers and a rhinoceros, the horn on the tip of the snout being wider and blunter, splitting in two directions in a way that resembles a hammerhead shark's. Their tails are nearly non-existent stubs that are rarely longer than 30cm - practically an unnoticeable amount of length on the 12 metres of raw behemoth (closer to 16 if the head and neck were lying flat.)
In the wild of Stalvenrakh they only have to fear dragons and not their usual natural predators, having been extracted from a world on their own with the intent to be pack animals. This did heavily impact the ecosystem when they were first introduced. Their massive size and appetites to match made short work of entire forests worth of food, requiring Vatra to later revisit some aspects of Stalvenrakh to accommodate them, including some of the towering trees from their home with deeply filling fruit that could quell the lunderhaul's hunger with relative ease.
These herbivores are near impossible to find in the wilds any more, as their raw strength and size make them perfect for both large construction work and trade caravans makes them universally useful and desireable. With their hulking stature there's no easy way for them to hide either on the open plains, making them easy pickings for trappers to be trained and sold on.
The lack of major predator makes the lunderhauls rather docile, not concerning themselves with most dangers other pack animals could be threatened by. This has its benefits, as it makes them easy to control and keep in place, but can lead to issues on the road when bandits can waylay a caravan with seldom a need to worry about the lunderhauls getting involved or bolting, allowing them to easily redirect them where they will after dispatching with the traders. They aren't completely oblivious to their surroundings however, and will still move out of the way of large fires or go into a frenzy if they feel threatened, which can happen if something actually manages to pierce its tough hide with enough force to wound it.
