The Fell Unknown Unknown Unknown (a.k.a. The Fell)

"All it takes to move history in one direction or another is a simple push." -The Fell

Physical Description

Apparel & Accessories

The Fell is, if ever, seen wearing fairly plain robes, with a bleak and monochromatic color scheme. Where other members of their order proudly wear the crest of the company upon their breasts, the Fell does not wear it any where. A mask adorns the fell's face, concealing the whole head, not even their ears are visible to reveal their skin tone or potential heritage. Their hands are always beneath red velvet gloves, matching the boots upon their feet.

Personality Characteristics

Motivation

The motivations of the fell are not well understood by even those in the Fell's employ. Very few understand the goals and ambitions of the Fell or the organization they are apart of. From what can be observed of this most elusive character is that whenever they get involved in world events, it is in order to make great changes in favor of one party or the other, but never has the victorious party been in league with or in debt to the Fell. They simply involve themselves where they see fit to benefit their unknown agenda.

Hygiene

There are two prevailing theories about the Fell and their personal hygene and clenliness: The first is that the fell is an incredibly clean person, not even allowing a stray hair to fall away without their knowing. They are very tidy, making sure to not leave a single trace of their being anywhere they might go. In this way, no amount of investigation will be able to locate them because there would be nothing that any sleuth, tracker, or arcanist could track. The second theory is that the Fell is so deformed, that they hide beneath their robes, masks, and gloves. This theory is more of a superstition, as no one has ever been able to confirm what the Fell even looks like below the robes. Something that has been noted is that the fell carries the faintest odor of lemongrass and lavender.

Social

Contacts & Relations

To be known by or to know the Fell does not invite a strong, or prideful feeling in the wise and well seasoned. To the stupid, to know the Fell is to not realize that you stand within the jaws of a great beast who is slowly clenching it's jaws in order to crush you and devour everything you had ever been. If ever the Fell becomes involved in a noble or a royal's life, very rarely does that interaction ever end favorably for them, an yet the Fell will always walk away the victor in it.

Mannerisms

Few ever interact with the Fell face-to-face, fewer still have seen their actual face and know the secret of who the Fell truly is. The fell is a very reserved person in their nonverbal communication. Peering behind a mask that does not reveal even the color of their eyes, they move slowly, but without falter evident of age or impairment. They are known to keep their hands close together, if not directly clutching one another across their chest. the weight of their step is so light that at times, even when watching them walk, one might be driven mad by the sheer silence they exude.

Speech

The Fell is most known for the way they speak. Their tone in nondescript, alluding to niether male nor female, however, their is a weight with each and every word that they speak. It is not often that one will hear the Fell monologue, for that is not their style, nor their intention. They speak very plainly, very matter of factually, very much in the manner to inform directly, whether they are explaining how they brought your enterprise down or in reprimanding you for incompetence. Their tone is measured, choosing the proper intonation at the exact moment they mean to to punctuate a point. They never speak out of turn, or without care for the words they use. The Fell does not show anger in their voice, however, the edge at which they speak is enough to understand that they do not see anyone they entreat with as their equal. Though there is little to catch in their tone of being condescending, the Fell views every conversation as a battle where the victor is the one who speaks first and exposits most. Information is power and with even the tiniest detail, the Fell can manipulate events to bring anyone down.
