To the Druids of Clonmeath and Other Concerned Parties:
His Royal Majesty, Rengh Bhoeril of the Split, has decreed that the hold formerly known as Klath Keth'uah, which has since been given the name Fort Gulley, has drawn his ire. As such, his most gracious Majesty extends an invitation to those who protect his southern border. If the druids of the land can remove the current occupants of the Klath before the end of Dret, they may keep it. If taken, the new owners will also be allowed to work the land surrounding the Klath up to four miles out as well as maintain a road to and from the coast. However, there are some rules that must be followed.
1. The Klath must not be used to assault his Majesty's holdings or prevent troop movements that pass near the area. No troops will set foot in the land given to its new owners but may patrol outside of it or cross the road.
2. The school of necromancy may not be practiced within the walls of the Klath, with the exception of healing spells.
3. A pair of undead attendants must be allowed in the fort to construct and maintain shrines to his Majesty's gods.
The terms of this agreement are non-negotiable. If Klath Keth'uah has not been taken by the first day of Juq ,his Majesty's armies will congregate and assault the Klath.
