Neldor Lumorhana is the leader of the Ember Association. Neldor directed the group which lit the flames of war both physical and metaphorically. Though not entirely malevolent, he also established the sanctuary that is Magemoor. For this, he has many devotees. He is charismatic and confident in his decisions, a model leader.
The truth is that Neldor wishes to overthrow Greyfell and establish his leadership over the entire continent. He will stop anyone who gets in his way. Neldor is not afraid to make people disappear, or torture those he suspects of treason. Neldor is in possession on the Great Arcane Crystal, a immensely powerful stone. He was going to use this to destroy Greyfell and control the continent.

The Players discovered this, from their friend Kallista, who they saved from Neldor's clutches while taking the Arcane Crystal as well.
