Elandara

Elandara is rife in phenomena and wonderment, a world where technology has evolved alongside magic to create a unique blend of machinery and arcanum. It is said that the Gods once walked this land, giving their guidance to the mortals they created. They made gifts of magic in exchange for faith, much prized as the world was tossed on the stormy seas of calamity and ancient wars between dragon and man.   But the heart of this place was always the coastal city of the wizards, the imposing settlement of Zovine from where the Eye of Mystra is said to have looked out toward the scarred lands of Ordrona, it's plains and peaks alike burned by dragon fire way beyond to the old walls of the Dwarven Kingdom, now host to scores of Dragonborn seeking refuse with those who remain.
