Ever since he was a child, he would look out of the windows of his parents house and wonder: "What else is out there?" while watching the birds in envy as they took off into the unknown before diving back into his books. A studious child, he would never miss an opportunity to learn. Having a talent for understanding complex concepts and manipulating magic, he quickly surpassed all of his classmates in any magic or science related subjects. Seeing this potential, he was quickly given additional lessons in these fields and exceeded in all of them. The scholars baffled by the intelligence this child possesses, took him to the royal laboratory, where he could prove his abilities. Spending time with the royal researchers gave him the opportunity to eventually conduct his own research. After several failed attempts at levitation related projects, he finally succeeded with an ore called "cinchstone" which was otherwise considered pretty worthless. Showing his findings to the descendant of Yoshi, he was granted funding for his dream, an airborne vessel, under the condition that he would be able to complete it in 8 months, or the project would be considered a failure. Facing the ridicule of a few other researchers who called him insane for trying to build a flying ship, he worked tirelessly day and night. After seven months, the machine was completed. Some adjustments and refining later, it was ready for its maiden flight. Nervous as can be, facing potential ousting from the scientific community and his dream of flight at stake, he climbed abord the "Sogno". A few brave researchers joined him on this fateful day. Hoping to set a technological milestone in catfolk history and they set sail. Gliding through the air seemlessly, his invention not only worked, but immortalized him as the man, who created the foundation on which the world could be reconnected, granting him the title "Explorer of the Skies".
After the initial three day exploratory flight, he returned, his notebook filled with the locations of islands he discovered and news of having found another community that had survived the ascent. Reporting his findings to the royalty, he was given the task of creating a bigger vessel, capable of fitting more people and more equipment. He gladly agreed and got to work, finishing a bigger version, capable of carrying good for trade in three years.
From this point on, the catfolk of Zazin would start producing more and more airships, eventually trading them to civilizations they encountered for ressources and money.
After having overseen the production and further development of airships, and having explored the world, he looked for new frontiers. The rumors of giant sea-monsters that were supposedly awoken by the Ascent, led Nasuha to wanting to explore the ocean. After dedicating 5 years building a small vessel, capable of trapping air inside, he was dropped off onto the surface of the sea. After submerging in his ship, he was never seen again.
