A male hobgoblin and former captain of the Rakkan military garrison in the industrial powerhouse of Rel-Kadrar. A close ally of the tiefling leader Jalil Hafiz, he was been eyeing recent moves made by Sammal Najjar and his Regulated Steel militia with a heavy dose of suspicion. He became an ally of Cig and other members of the state-sponsored adventuring group Rakka's Heroes, but at the New Year's Eve gala in 900 he was assassinated by drow rebels from the Verschow along with High Marshal Jalil and Sammal Najjar. Another hobgoblin loyal to the Hafiz family took his place as garrison captain.
