Nemuidesu

A sleepy-looking tabaxi and one of the Shroud's greatest field agents in the Northern Territories. Appearing on the Shroud's doorstep one day and refusing to leave, he quickly rose up the ranks by orchestrating some of the organization's greatest missions in the region. For instance, it was Nemuidesu's decision to send two different Shroud agents on a mission to the Koulan Forests in the fall of 911, with the twist being that neither agent knew that the other was affiliated with the Shroud. He also oversaw the apprehension of the cultist Balasar Norixius in 908 with collaboration from Chusei University's Kyoko Hara. 
The mission was a rousing success, granting Nemuidesu the opportunity to relocate to Shroud HQ in Avicenna. But the tabaxi chose to track the region's supernatural comings and goings from the comfort of his incense store in Sanjuro City, giving him ample time to smoke the days away. Fellow Shroud agent Windred Ozlow wasn't a fan of him while she was working out of Sanjuro City in the spring of 919, but he helped her arrange meetings with Liv and kept her well-supplied with enchanted cigars.
