Julian Bernadotte

A young playboy and son of the influential half-elf Bernadotte family. With his father working as territorial governor of Anthep, he used his parent’s money to throw lavish parties and get drunk every week. The future Elflands Queen Rosalind Avon gave him a stern talk about his lavish lifestyle in the early weeks of 897, leading to him attending school at Mulane College in Noggin to learn how to better use his position of privilege.

He returned to the Campanel Desert in the 910's, traveling between Anthep and Orem to better understand the living conditions for the people who called the desert home.
