Having traveled throughout the Northern Territories fighting monsters and stabilizing the region, the international conference ended up being a mundane affair with diplomats from every nation agreeing to the creation of a Union where kingdoms could peacefully settle their disagreements. The greatest moment of drama came when Marguerite Rousseau, leader of the Knights of Rarita, made an inflammatory speech about the dangers posed by Gith that Kyoko Hara quickly refuted in defense of Zan'kiri's contributions in the region. The party even managed to rescue Taro Sato, having been turned into a literal punching bag by the Knights after handing over the Horn of Valhalla to Zan'kiri. The only other bit of drama came from an embarassing heist at Chusei's Museum of Natural Wonders, where an ancient dragonborn helmet and a diamond-studded necklace dating back to the Old Myltev Empire were plucked from the museum's most prestigious exhibits. Vernost, Oshima, and all other guards on duty were promptly fired for their gross negligence, meanwhile the Handgun celebrated one of their most lucrative nights in recent history. The Fortuante Five finished up their contract at Chusei University, parting ways for a couple years to pursue personal projects and advance their careers.
