A male githzerai with an uncomfortable obsession with Windred Ozlow. Confronting the young Shroud agent on a street in Gameria in the summer of 918, he believed that he could somehow 'cure' Windred of her quori connection.
Safely ensconced in a floating lighthouse far from curious eyes, he sent messages to Windred via tattoos scrawled across her body. Windred turned to allies like Zan'kiri as these tattoos become more and more painful to endure, eventually confronting Craghan in the Koulan Forests in the spring of 919. The Fortunate Five defeated him in an aerial battle with the forest supporting them, putting an end to his months of harrassment.
