Armor

What Protects You?

Take pride and care in that, that saves your own hide. If you don't you'll regret it in the next scrap.
— Unknown Adventurer
You always need something to protect your hide. Whether it is from bandits, beasts, or the ocasinal war, you need to keep yourself alive. Here are a few things to help with that. From leather to steel, to Drassi Heavy Armor and everything in between.

Armor Description

Draconian Half-Plate

While the same look as traditional half-plate, Drac Half-Plate is lighter and thinner sheets of material.

Elven

Elven is finely crafted and light. Their craftsmanship often leaves the armor with a color tint on their work. The tint can be almost any color and often denotes the maker or line of markers the Elven smith comes from. Tending to be easier to get in out of and still give great protection.

Orcish Bone

Blessed by Muldir from the Orc Shamans of the RedFanged Warbands. There is nothing finer than this when it comes to bone made items. Having just under the durability of steel plus bonus points for looking sharp. The blessing is a closely guarded secret one does not often get from the Orcs.

Light Falkovian

Simple, over robes with or without fur trim. The parts that are metal are generally Chest, Back, Thigh Plates, Shin-guards, and Bracers. Anything else is typically leather or fur-covered. While there is some ornateness to the armor it is often done on the leather parts of the armor.

Light Drassi

Often worn by Lesser Drassi, Light Drassi armor holds no True Stadus Gems, and it often made with sub-par Stadus Ingots. Only made to cover the Chest, Thighs, and Bracers in Stadus Ingots, the rest is often covered with either a lower-tier metal or heavy leather.

Dwarven

Very thick mini plates of their smelted metal mixture adhered to a think flexible form. Very heavy but offers some of the best protection. The mini plates are often very geometric in look and often makes points at the plate seams. Fake Dwarven is often thick plates on heavy leather.

Fjorn Frost Steel

Helms, Chest, Back, Shin-guards, and Bracers are generally made from frost steel, while steel is peppered through out the rest of the pieces. Heavy Fjorn leathers and furs are used as well. Often the metal is hidden under a piece of leather due to the coldness of the north and not wanting to freeze to their armor.

Ezana Leather

Processed and made from various beasts of Eiria, passed down from Ezana to Ezana. Even improved from generation to generation. While it is a very close guarded secret within the Ezana often held by the Beast Boys in full. The material can be bought from them and used like any other leather only better and lighter.

True Stadus Born Orc

Crude and ugly often imitates the color of Stadus Ore. It is a full plate heavy armor and as such is heavy and covers everything.

True Stadus Born Draconian

It is akin to Dracovian half-plate, while more refined than the TSB Orc it is still not as ornate as the Drassi's heavy armor. Stadus stones may or may not be present if there are it is often is small numbers and little clusters on the chest plate.

Heavy Falkovian

In contrast to the light armor variant, heavy Falkovian is ornate and engraved. Refined Frost Steel adorns most of the wearer in full protection. Fur is used to accent as well as keep the armor away from possible skin contact.

Heavy Drassi

Refined and glossy, jet black from Stadus Ore with a full adornment of Stadus crystals. Often reserved for the best of the best Drassi warriors and generals. Though a few of the TSB Draconians can be seen in this armor.
