The Exalted Peacock is found in Upper Tavick's Landing within the Silvergate district.
The tailor is a Male Dwarf named Turkanan who keeps a magnificent beard. He has dark hair, fiery orange eyes, and is rarely found without his trusty tape measure. He always promises top notch work, though he absolutely charges a pretty penny for it.
Secretly, the entire business is a front for the Federation of Adventurers. Those with the proper password (rotating on a weekly basis) are allowed access to the secret base, where most of the organizations leaders live in hiding. From here, they send out missions and orders to others across Khorvaire, and receive reports back for processing.
Access to the secret base is in the back of specific fitting rooms, which have hidden elevator tubes down to the base.
