History
The Smooth Method was developed by one of the most powerful Clans during the Feudal Age, the Kato Clan. Most warriors who’ve faced opponents using the Smooth Method describe the strikes as fast and as lethal as lightning. Some have even dubbed the method “The Quiet Storm.”
Execution
This method utilizes smooth and evasive movements and quick strikes. Unlike the conscious method (which sees an opening and strikes constantly), the Smooth Method will hit quickly, three times most often, and will continue back to their evasive technique. Warriors under this method are very observant and can often match the speed of their opponents and quickly strike when an opening is found.
Components and tools
Those who utilize this method are often equipped with weapons purposeful in stealth, such as kunai or daggers.
