Captain Kordon- Pirate Queen

"She is evil as much as she is beautiful. " - Thundarr

She has built quite a reputation along the shores of what used to be Norfolk Virginia. She outfitted battleships to plunder nearby outposts. She is skilled at inspiring others and her raider community is loyal to her to death. She meets little resistance up until Thundarr and the crew discovers her campaign.
All pirates are equipped with suitable scuba gear, swords and clubs. Some have net weapons. Her battleship has some destructive torpedoes and a limited supply of explosives.
