History
Used to be, the place was a slump, filled with litter and unemployement. The buildings hadn't been renovated since the seventies, filled with asbestos and problems like insulation, air-conditionning. Mostly immigrants lived there in poor conditions.
The Eco-district was made by Boon and human hands in collaboration. The local universities and agglomerations participated in financing the construction to replace the old and decrepit district this once was. The inhabitants remained, and were soon joined by the participants of the MEH program.
