The GSE is governed by an Emperor, who controls all military and executive functions of the country. he is the supreme authority of the land. The Legislature, a bicameral system composed of the House of Nobles and the House of Officials, proposes new laws and manages the budget and finances of the country. The Ministry is responsible for administering punishments and carrying out civil discord.
