Gray Kingdom
The Gray Kingdom is a misterious, unorganized and almost uninhabited place. Most of the poblation lives at the expense of rich lords, owners of whole islands around the Matrae Archipelago's complex ocean currents system. On a place so difficult to explore, most of it's islands keep the biggest and oldest secrets of this world, some of those, still moving.
Demography and Population
Most population of this Kingdom will have to work as vassals of a lord, may it be as a farmer or as a merchant, the normal rule will be that everything obtained will go to the lord, and then he will distribute it to the vassals.
People normally lives on little houses, with not that much land to work with and a good amount of food, but not enough to support big families. Families of two parents and two children are common, making the population growth/rate really low.
The health system is decent for the normal conditions of living, been normally supported by trades with the White Kingdom, it still have ways to improve, such as the cost and cover of it. It costs no money since population will normally have only goods for living, the laws require the lord to provide them with it, but because there are not much medical centers a lot of times the person will not be treated unless the severity is big.

Almost all of the great Matrae Archipelago is occupied by the Gray Kingdom, providing a natural defense against attacks to the center of it.
Foreign Relations
The Gray Kingdom has good relationships with the Red Kingdom, with an actual Alliance of mutual-defense and non-aggression. It has peaceful relationships with all others Kingdoms.

Legislative Body
The biggest laws of this country are created by The Gray King, and are normally based to affect people that own land. Any vassal is normally ruled by it's lord and will have to follow the rules of that specific land.
Things such as slavery or lords power are administered by the King.
Judicial Body
Any crime that falls within a land's laws will be interpreted by the lord's hand. Crimes of a big scale or commited by the lord will be seen by the King or any representative he chose.
