Grand Admiral Jean-Pernet Bittencourt
Grand Admiral Jean-Pernet Bittencourt was a Growax naval commander and head of the National Growax Navy, the navy of the State of Growax, from the fascist coup in 1929 until his death in 1945. He was a close ally to Roland Botrel and masterminded the enormous rebuilding and rearming of the Growax Navy in the leadup to World War II. The Grand Admiral would lead Growax warships to victory in many battles with Valerian and Akadian fleets. Bittencourt would be killed on November,22,1945, during the Battle of the Olympic Sea, the largest naval battle in history, when his flagship was sunk during a fierce engagement with Fleet Admiral Maximillian Kelsen's squadron. After his death, command of the Growax navy would pass to his close ally and Vice Head of the Navy, Fleet Admiral Aubin De Verley.
