Duncan I
Duncan I was Emperor of the Valerian Empire from 1840 till his assassination in 1842. Duncan rose to the throne after his father, Emperor Alexander VI, died. Duncan worked to improve Valerian industry and military power. He also worked on new colonial expansion plans in Cambria. Unfortunately, in August of 1842, he was assassinated by a anti-monarchist while walking to a theatre to see a play. He would have the shortest reign of any Valerian Emperor. After his death, his 28-year old son, Alexander, rose up to become Emperor Alexander VII and ironically, have the longest reign of any Valerian Emperor, ruling for 68 years until his death in 1910.
