Stephen is the adopted son of Jack and Claire. He is a talented musician and carpenter, as well as a practitioner in The House. He serves as the Rooms primary source of outside information, as he is well known and liked in the magical community.

Stephen was found sleeping in the dumpster behind Los Gatos when he was ten. Jack and Claire took him in, and unable to find parents or family of any kind, adopted him and raised him as their own.
