History
The first reanimated was created accidentally in 29 EOR by the martian mad scientist Soonvok Keizyx in Repanu. Soonvok was attempting a human head transplant on a dying man. The body was from a recently deceased man who had been stabbed in the throat and had recently had a successful arm transplant from Soonvok. Soonvok had not realized that the head had expired during the procedure and continued with his experiment. When the body was reanimated it no longer remembered it's identity and had different personality traits from the original owner of the head. The first Reanimated was called Forge
There was an initial run of reanimation creation funded by family and friends of the recently deceased but it stopped soon after when continued experimentation failed to reanimate anyone who identified as their previous lives.
