One of the Voidlords of the Far Realm, we know about as little about the Lord of Madness as we know about The Void itself. The denizens of that mysterious realm very rarely wander into the Known Realms, and only a handful of beings have ever ventured into theirs (Ravenna, Budnir Karlsson and Vairor Dremora to name a few).

Xenitoth has only ventured into the Inner Realms on one known occasion, when he crossed over through an open gate during the Age of Shadows. He was discovered by Selben Tulv and his companions while investigating strange occurrences in the 148th Year of the Age of Shadows, as documented in his journals. Selben and his companions were able to seal the Voidlord away at that time, until the Vander Mercenary Company stumbled upon the catacombs where he was sealed away in 6713 CY and defeated him in Evergrowth Forest. It is unknown if he returned to the Far Realm or was destroyed.
