Dream Code Reality

The world was physical, yet none of its physics were honorbound from one instance to the next. The physics of the World Theatre simply existed to keep the peace of the social construct held in the balance there.
It is a dimension governed like a computer, with rules and laws controlled by a central system. The basecode, available to all, is nothing like any person has ever seen. Written in a programming language that no one can decipher, the system controls the birth of entire worlds and passage between them. The purpose of the DCR is unknown, and of the almost 10,000 inside, seemingly no one is concerned with finding the origin of this incredible dimension and its technology.

Utility

The DCR appears to have two main functions. The first is to create worlds and stories, and the second is to experience them. A single core system runs everything, though the system is thought to be metaphysical, as no physical system components have ever been found.

Inventor(s)

Nobody knows who discovered the pocket universe, nor who invented and implemented the technology of the DCR. A community theory is that the universe was born of a mind who wanted to create and experience, and through a miracle, the DCR was born.

Access & Availability

The DCR is invite only. The central system can initiate an invitation, or LPs can work towards getting an invite voucher.

Complexity

The DCR's fundamental principles violate the physics of our world, and its technology is unknown and cannot be replicated on earth. The DCR exists as a separate pocket universe unto itself, but bound to our reality. Time holds seemingly no sway, as no time passes between someone entering the DCR and them leaving, nor has anyone been observed to age.
