A universe where the creator of earth and humanity (Jake) just wants to see what humans do with magic. This earth is much like ours, but will favour aesthetics over a distinct time period, and of course has magic while our universe doesn't.   In this universe everything is literally greyscale normally. With magic existing everything gains colour, and depending on the amount of magic being used in an area, things in that area become more absurd and look similar to 30s cartoons.
