The Main Team

The main group of the story is a 5 man band consisting of Silva, Morrow, Vera, Rhyboldt, and the Paladin. Silva is the leader, Morrow is the lancer, Vera is the heart, Rhyboldt is the glass cannon and the Paladin is the powerhouse.
Silva is the leader and a jack of all trades. She is a well rounded fighter, the good with people, emotionally intelligent and moderately smart. While they're a great leader and diplomat, they can't really fit in as a normal person. Vera fills in as face of the team when that is needed. They are also passionate and emotional at times, especially when it comes to the many things they care deeply about.
Morrow is the Lancer. They conflict with Silva a lot when it comes to morality, whether murder is justified, and how the group should be led. They are incredibly street smart, experienced, and have a versatile set of tools. Unfortunately they have very bad communication skills and people skills. They are not very comfortable with themself, push themself too hard, and can't really joke.
Vera is the heart, powerhouse and funny guy. She is the much needed source of fun to balance out Morrow, and provides emotional support to all other members, especially Rhyboldt. Her strength and training make her the most reliable in a fight.
Rhyboldt is the glass cannon. While he is initially a victim in need of healing, once he and Vera can fight together, he is the most powerful and most versatile member of the team. Due to his mental state and curse, he is a situational power. He is not able to fight at full power reliably. He also requires a lot of support to recover from his past.
Lucan is the second powerhouse. He is a reliable and skilled fighter with powerful light magic. Before he joins the team, he has an arc where he is brought low and humbled. His true personality when he isn't masking is timid and unsure of himself. He feels inadequate when it comes to knowledge of how the world really is, since everyone else on the team is so steadfast in their views and he was fooled for years.
