Passive Probability Warping - Cassidy has the ability to grant wishes that already have a chance of happening, but only at the moment that the wish is made. Cassidy has no control over the wish-granting process. If she audibly hears or sees by either witnesses a person mouth the wish or write it down, she will attempt to grant it. Wishes can only be granted once regardless of the wish maker, however with clever wording a person may be able to circumvent this rule. A Person can only get one wish granted. A denied wish does not count as a used wish. A wish can only be granted if it is possible at the time of the wish being made. A denied wish can later be granted if the probability of what is being wished for is later increased to above 0%.
~Examples~

• Person A wishes to win the lottery and wish is granted, Person B also wishes to win the same lottery and wish is denied as it has already been wished for. However, If Person B instead wishes to guess the winning lotto numbers of said lottery, he can then use them to win the lottery as he is technically wishing for something different.

• Person A wishes for the death of Person B it will be granted by the most probable and fastest way possible. If Person A were to wish for a specific cause of death that is impossible to take place at the time of wishing or on someone that cannot die it will be denied.

Due to Cassidy's inability to control her power, it would only take someone asking for the right thing and the right time to devastate the world. A computer error at a nuclear silo, a strain of the Rabies virus to become airborne, a powerful solar flare. Billions could die with a single wish.
Warning: Due to extream danger of extinction level event. It is strongly advised that if Cassidy ever escapes Association custody, her recapture is to be placed as a top priority.
After recapture, permanent medically induced sedation is to be considered.
