The world has been divided between the 3 great powers, Nomeral with the Aquila Concordat, Allamore with the Coalition of Nation and finally Bekil and her Eastern Protectorate.   These 3 great powers compete on an ever fragile balance, each balancing out the other to prevent all out war. However the political machinations behind every act, every economic decision might break that balance, and in Nomeral a leader referred to as the Mad Chancellor rules and according to myth, sinks ever deeper into madness.
