The Weave

It is disputed by scholars whether or not The Weave is in fact a plane, or rather an ether or force capable of moving between planes. There are those magic users who claim to have entered The Weave, but this is typically dismissed as an encounter with The Feywild.
Those who claim to have been in The Weave have described it as a great ocean of mist with rolling curtains of colorful fog. Some claim to be able to see into other planes from the edges of The Weave.
It is sometimes theorized that the souls of the restless dead sometimes become trapped here, resulting in ghostly activity in The Material Plane.
