The Feywild

Some adventurers have given accounts of falling into the realm of the Fae, often described as alternately dreamlike or nightmarish. It has been observed to be similar in shape to The Material Plane, but somehow less solid. Magic seems to work differently here: some is stronger, some is weaker, and the Fae seem to have their own magic.
Travelers who have made it out of the Feywild have described two courts of Fae: The Seelie and the Unseelie. While both are disturbing and disorienting, the Unseelie are recognized as by far the most dangerous.
Traveling to and from the Feywild is poorly understood. Powerful magic users have been able to use certain spells to travel in (or out), but these spells tend to be volatile and unpredictable. The most common way of entering the Feywild has been by discovering locations where the barrier between worlds is somehow "thinner." These locations do not seem to be stable, and are usually discovered by following Fae activity.
