The Consensus
The City of Consensus is the last known safe city on earth built under the body of a sleeping god known as the Traveler. Protected by the Guardian Orders and ruled by the consensus the people of the city enjoy their days in relative peace. Inside the city the Titan Order known as the Stoneborn act as a police force and numerous factions try to gain notoriety to gain standing in the Consensus by increasing the standards of living for the people. The cities main fighting force is a loose military known as The Vanguard, various Guardian organisations lead by three guardians of the Warlock, Titan, and Hunter classes. Finally the leader of the city is the Speaker, A faceless Guardian who has a higher connection with the Traver, and is able to speak with the sleeping god and tell the people it’s will.
Demography and Population
The city has an estimated population of 30,528,000 and is about the size of old Chongqing and is built on top of the ruins of the former Belarus Capital, Minsk Mihck. An area that was terraformed as the Traveler made its last stand against the Darkness many years ago.
Military
The Vanguard is the City's main attack force, made up of loosely allied Guardians with the one goal of protecting the city and requiring humanity's lost empire. The vanguard has three leaders, Cayde-6, Ikora Ray, and Commander Zavala,
Religion
The official religion of the City is the way of light, with the Speaker functioning as the cities head practitioner.
Foreign Relations
As the last safe city on Earth, humanity has hardened an intense distrust/dislike for newcomers and only allow access those who travel with in with an access code given to guardians and ghosts alike. The city only has one, loose ally in sol, The people of the reef. However this relationship is simply "do whatever you want as long as you don't come near me."
Relationships between the many fallen Houses, the Hive, vex and the Cabal however are much more dramatic, with many battles fought for dominance among them.
Agriculture & Industry
Being the last safe city on earth the city is natraully forced to make as much food as possible for its' populace. the main crops inside the walls being wheat, corn, carrots, potatos, lettuce, and apples, with pork and chicken as the primary source of meat.
because of the city's constant threats many of the populace carry firearms for protection just in case. thus weapon dealers have great business prospects
Trade & Transport
Because of scavanged tech from the golden age, floating electric cars are the norm making roads redundant, so few exist in the city's walls, and those that do are waiting to be torn down. Cargo transports will nromally fly from one hanger bay to another carrying product where-ever they go.
Infrastructure
the city's infrastructure is perhaps the best part of living there, Sewers are cleaned on a daily routine by Frames, Aquaducts bring clean fresh water to people's homes and multiple power stations near city center give power to the populace, a rarity nowadays. The city also has six walls armed with anti-aircraft Turrets, and the city's greatest weapon, the Guardians for defence.

Legislative Body
The Consensus, a group of 7 leaders dedicated to the safeguarding of the city, writing the laws and judging who or what the largest threats are outside the city.
The consensus consists of Cayde-6, Ikora Rey and Commander Zavala acting as the leaders of the Vanguard. Arach Jalaal for Dead Orbit, Executor Hideo for New Monarchy and Lakshmi-2 for Future War Cult represent the many factions of the city. The final member of the consensus is the speaker, acting as the voice of the Traveler.
Judicial Body
The Stoneborn Titan Order acts as the city's police force. Guardians trained personally by Zavala to protect the city from within, mostly keeping their powers incheck unless facing off against a paracausal threat.
The Praxic Order acts as an intelligence agency, looking for potental threats from within the guardian orders themselves, with a warrent from the vanguard of course.
The 5 Towers act a jury of the five most powerful factions, next to the three in the Consensus, that convect criminals of their crimes and sentence them.
